Gift vouchers are non refundable and can not be exchanged for cash in part or full

Gift vouchers are valid for one year from date of purchase

Gift vouchers can be used on any treatment at Emma Thomas beauty or any product from Emma Thomas beauty

The management retains the right to not accept any vouchers that appear to have been damaged, tampered with or found in any way unacceptable

We are not responsible if a gift voucher is lost, destroyed or damaged and no replacement will be made under these circumstances
